Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Eligibility
We Accept Returns For:
• Goods that are defective, faulty, or damaged upon delivery (protection under Section 55 of the CPA)
• Goods that are not as described on our website
• Goods that are unsuitable for their intended purpose
• Goods that arrive incorrect or incomplete
Defective goods must be reported within 6 months of delivery.
We Cannot Accept Returns For:
• Goods that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer (unless defective)
• Software, digital codes, or gift cards that have been opened or redeemed
• Opened earphones, headsets, or microphones (hygiene reasons, unless defective)
• Goods damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modification
• Custom-built PCs or special-order items (unless defective)
⚠️ RESTOCKING FEE NOTICE
A 15% handling and restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to product defects. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are confirmed defective by PCGaming S.A.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
WhatsApp or email within 6 months. Include your order number and photos.
Assessment
Our team assesses your claim and confirms eligibility within 2-3 Business Days.
Return Authorised
If approved, we issue a return reference number and collection instructions.
Resolution
We repair, replace, or refund within 14–21 Business Days of receiving the item.
Return Conditions
• Goods must be returned in original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Goods must be in unused condition (unless returning a defective item).
• You must include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.
• Returns must be initiated within 6 months of delivery for defective goods.
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective / Incorrect Items: We cover the return shipping cost. We will arrange collection or reimburse you for reasonable courier costs after the defect is confirmed.
Non-Defective Returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Refund Method & Timeline
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
• Refunds are processed within 14 to 21 Business Days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
• EFT refunds may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
• If the original payment method is no longer available, we will process the refund via EFT to a nominated bank account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, colour, or specification, please contact us via WhatsApp or email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, the same return conditions above, and may be subject to a price adjustment.
Warranty Claims
All products come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. PCGaming S.A. facilitates warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf but is not the warrantor. We are not liable if the manufacturer declines a warranty claim.
