We deliver nationwide across South Africa. All orders are packed with care and shipped via trusted courier partners.
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER R2,500
Orders below R2,500 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of R120.

Dispatch Information
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 Business Days of order confirmation and cleared payment.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next Business Day.
• During peak periods (Black Friday, holiday seasons), dispatch may take up to 5 Business Days.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Courier Partners
We partner with South Africa's leading courier companies to ensure your order arrives safely. All deliveries are fully insured and trackable. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS (where available).
Local Collection (Claremont, Cape Town)
Prefer to collect in person? Select "Local Collection" at checkout. Our collection point is in Claremont, Cape Town. We will notify you via email and WhatsApp when your order is ready for collection.
Collection Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (by appointment)
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
